Our General Terms and Conditions
The rental terms set forth herein are only valid with a binding reservation confirmation issued by the accommodation provider.
1. RENTAL OBJECT
The Aparthotel is set at the location and belongs to the apartment category described in the offer.
2. RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period is specified by the arrival and departure day stated in the reservation confirmation.
3. RENTAL PRICE
The rental amount stated in the offer is the rental price per apartment for the entire stay and for the number of people specified in the reservation by the booking person and includes cleaning, all operating costs, electricity, heating, cooling, broad band internet, Wifi, sat-TV, taxes and duties and final cleaning. The final cleaning takes place after departure. Intermediate cleaning takes place after three nights for longer stays.
4. ADDITIONAL FINAL CLEANING
Please note that all apartments are NON-SMOKING AREAS. In case of guests violating this no-smoking requirement, an additional cleaning fee of EUR 150 is charged and the proprietor is entitled to immediately demand eviction of the apartment.
5. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
For the time being no additional services are offered.
6. DOWN PAYMENT
A down payment per apartment set forth in the offer and payable by credit card may be required for a valid reservation. The down payment is non-refundable.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
The current cancellation conditions as set forth in the reservation apply. The proprietor is entitled to charge the cancellation fees to the guest’s credit card.
8. TERMS OF PAYMENT
The current terms of payment as set forth in the reservation apply. In the event of long-term stays, the entire rental fee is due upon arrival. Payment shall exclusively be made by credit card (Visa, Master) or debit card.
9. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
On the day of arrival, the apartment is available for check-in from 2:00 p.m. On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. The keycard is available any time with a code at the 24h check-in terminal after payment of the entire rental amount. Upon departure, the keycard must be left in the designated box at the check-in terminal. In case of a late departure a full day is charged. If the apartment is occupied until after 11:00 a.m., the bill must be settled 24 hours prior the departure at the latest.
10. SUBSTITUTE ACCOMMODATION
The proprietor may provide the guest with adequate substitute accommodation (of the same standard) provided that this is reasonable for the guest, particularly if the difference is insignificant and objectively justified.
11. EVICTION IN THE EVENT OF DEVASTATION
If the guest devastates the apartment, makes significantly adverse use of the rooms or does not adhere to the general house rules which endangers or results in a lasting damage for the object or makes their stay intolerable for other guests, the proprietor is entitled to demand eviction with immediate effect.
12. LIABILITY
If the guest is a consumer, the proprietor may not be held liable for slight negligence, except for bodily injury. If the guest is an entrepreneur, the proprietor may not be held liable for slight and gross negligence. In such event, the burden of proof to show the fault shall lie with the guest. No consequential, non-material or indirect damage and no loss of profits shall be reimbursed. The proprietor assumes no liability for damage to or theft of objects brought in by the guest.
13. SUBSEQUENT CREDIT CARD CHARGE
The guest agrees that unsettled bills, damages, losses, transfer or cancellation fees will be charged to his/her credit card or subsequently be debited to his/her credit card.
14. MISCELLANEOUS
- It is not permitted to carry out structural or technical changes on the object.
- In the event of an emergency call outside business hours, € 150 are charged.
- In cases of loss, not returning keycards or for the use of door opening service, € 150 are charged.
- No animals are permitted in the apartments.
- The entire apartment property is a non-smoking area, so smoking is prohibited at all times.
- The proprietor carries out regular cleaning checks.
- The guest must report immediately any defects, pending dangers and missing objects in the apartment to the proprietor.
- The guest undertakes to treat the apartment and the entire inventory with care and at own risk and to indemnify the proprietor from and against any associated damages and recourse claims.
